(Tip #1 Never Yell,bitch,or Cuss at the tech that anwsers the phone. This will only cause to do a lot of extra trouble shooting. If you must yell or bitch please ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager, they get paid to take abuse the techs dont get paid to hear you yell.) (p.s.
